On review, the Court of Appeals (1) affirmed the Commission's jurisdiction in cases involving judicial delays in rendering decisions and (2) remitted the matter to the Commission for further proceedings. 13 NY3d 586 (2009). Thereafter, Judge Gilpatric and the Commission's Administrator entered into an Agreed Statement of Facts recommending admonition, which the Commission accepted. Gilpatric Admonition.
