The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct intends to update its rules to reflect changes in procedures due to advances in technology (i.e., videoconferencing, email, electronic documents, etc.). The proposed rules also replace gendered pronouns when referring to a judge and make other minor stylistic changes.
